As specialists in public facilities, we have a long history with sustainable design criteria. WSM has completed 8 major LEED projects in Tucson, Southern Arizona, and California within the last three years, 6 of these facilities were designed to achieve LEED Silver level or above. Recent projects include City of Tucson Fire Central, City of Tucson Police Crime Lab, City of Tucson Fire Station #22, Sundt Tucson Corporate Headquarters, two buildings for the Green Valley Fire District, and two renovation projects at Fort Irwin. The majority of WSM's architectural staff are LEED Accredited Professionals.
