Paul Mickelberg AIA, LEED AP BD+C Principal Paul holds Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Minnesota. He has over 28 years of experience in a diverse array of project types and construction delivery methods. In 2010, the Cornerstone Building Foundation (a committee of architects, engineers, and contractor peers), selected our Firm Principal as “Architect of the Year” -- an award that he attributes to the commitment and customer focus by every one of the WSM team. Paul is the current President of AIA Southern Arizona. |

Michael Welman AIA Principal Michael holds a Bachelor of Building and Architecture From the University of Port Elizabeth. He has over 30 years of experience in healthcare and senior living project types and is experienced working with developers, both local and national. |

Joel Mesik RA, ICBO Project Manager Joel has a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Arizona. He has 28 years of experience in the construction industry as a subcontractor and architect. Joel is also a certified building plans examiner. He specializes in Education, Defense, and Commercial projects. |
