This project is an addition to and renovation of an existing 6,600 S.F bakery building, converting it into a new administration building for the field support division of PCWRR. The building was located on a parcel adjacent to the existing mid-town location of PCWRR. The building will serve as a new public face for this department, and will act as an entry for those having business at this facility. The building will be gutted, and the interior will be completely revised. The exterior of the building is being modernized to reflect Pima’s County desire to improve the neighborhood while being representative of the nature and character of the governmental agency.
