Tucson City Hall Renovations

The goal of these projects was to renovate the various portions of City Hall to prepare for a new department as part of an overall re-organization of the existing City Hall. Flooring was removed, walls were demolished, fire sprinklers were reconfigured, and light fixtures replaced. Data cabling was re-designed and modernized. New systems furniture was used to create continuity and improve function. WSM Architects worked with each user group to design each respective space within the goals and limitations established by the City Facilities Department. WSM worked with a City J.O.C. contractor for construction of each project, and a J.O.C. contractor was utilized for the design, acquisition and installation of the new furniture systems.
